Starter and Pro beta are free
Starter has no subscription charge, requires no payment card and does not renew into a paid plan. Pro beta also has no payment, subscription or automatic paid conversion. There is no free-plan payment to refund. Production paid plans are currently unavailable; the following payment provisions apply only if you later purchase a paid subscription.
Canceling a paid renewal
For a subscription purchased through Paddle, use the subscription-management link in your receipt or contact Paddle buyer support. Ordinary cancellation through Paddle stops future renewal at the end of the applicable billing period. Check the confirmation for the effective date.
Deleting an organization
Deleting a paid organization through Hashmedo requests immediate subscription cancellation, rather than waiting for the billing period to end. Active organization data is removed and access to that organization ends. Deletion is not the way to keep using an organization until a paid period expires.
Deleting a personal account is a separate action and must not be treated as confirmation that an organization’s subscription has been canceled. Confirm the subscription state before leaving a paid organization.
Requesting a refund
For Paddle purchases, request a refund through Paddle buyer support or your receipt’s support link. Include the transaction reference and reason; do not email full card details. Contact [email protected] for product issues or help locating a transaction.
Refund eligibility follows Paddle’s Refund Policy, its buyer terms and applicable customer rights. Cancellation or deletion does not automatically refund a past payment. Nothing here removes statutory refund or withdrawal rights. This policy does not add a separate Hashmedo money-back guarantee.
Confirmation and data
Keep your cancellation or refund confirmation. If the expected confirmation does not arrive, contact support before assuming the action completed. A refund request does not itself request deletion of all organization data. See Data Deletion and Retention for what deletion removes and what may remain.
