The service and these terms
These terms are between HASHMEDO INC. and the person or organization using Hashmedo. Hashmedo helps you record and manage AI systems, models, components, configuration, readiness and operational evidence. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to use the service on its behalf.
Accounts and organization access
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and invite only people who are authorized to access your organization. Tell [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. Organization administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and removing access when it is no longer needed.
Free Pro beta
New beta organizations receive Pro access free during the beta. No payment card, paid subscription or automatic charge is created. Pro beta includes 20 active accounts shared by humans and agents; available operations also depend on the permissions assigned to each account.
We will communicate the end of beta before changing beta access. You can choose a paid plan through checkout when beta ends. There is no automatic paid conversion. If you do not purchase a plan, beta access may return to Starter under the published plan limits and Data Deletion and Retention policy. A plan change does not itself delete your organization.
Free Starter and future paid plans
Starter includes one contributor and up to 25 Viewers. Available functions also depend on role permissions. Starter requires no payment card and does not automatically become a paid subscription.
Production paid plans are currently unavailable. A future upgrade requires a separate purchase. Before you purchase, the checkout must show the plan, price, billing interval and applicable payment terms. For transactions processed by Paddle, the Paddle buyer terms apply to the purchase. Your content and decisions
Your organization retains its rights in the content it submits. You authorize Hashmedo to process and store that content to provide, protect and support the service, including recovery backups. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to submit it and for deciding who may access it.
Readiness assessments and recorded evidence support your decisions. They do not independently certify that an AI system is safe, compliant or suitable for production. Review configurations and results before using them to make operational decisions.
Acceptable use
Do not access another organization’s information without permission, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, distribute malicious material or use the service unlawfully. Do not submit content you are not entitled to share. Use integrations only with the permissions required by their owners and providers.
We may restrict access to address abuse, unauthorized activity or a threat to the service. Contact support if you believe access was restricted in error.
Availability and support
Contact [email protected] for help. The free service does not include a contractual uptime or support response-time commitment. Maintenance and failures can interrupt access. Keep copies of information essential to your own operations; recovery backups are not a customer-controlled archive or a guarantee of recovery of an individual item.
Leaving the service
You can stop using Hashmedo and use the available account or organization deletion controls. Account deletion does not delete shared organization content. Organization deletion removes active tenant data and affects every member’s access to that organization. Review Data Deletion and Retention before confirming deletion.
Deleting an organization and canceling a future paid renewal have different effects. See Refunds and Cancellation before taking either action.
Privacy, changes and contact
Our Privacy Policy describes information handling. Material changes to the service terms will identify an effective date and be communicated before they apply. These terms do not limit mandatory customer rights.
